How to fix the error “Action Needed / SDK Not Detected”?

This error indicates that the GoMarketMe SDK has not been detected in your application.

To resolve this issue, please implement your tracking code according to your platform:

After you implement the tracking code, be sure to run your app to test it.

When testing, be sure that you:

  • use a physical device that is connected to a wifi network,
  • open the app.

Once we detect that the tracking code is implemented correctly, the status of your application will move to “Active”.

You can find your API_KEY in the Marketer UI, under Profile > API Key.

You do not need to deploy your app to production for the SDK to be detected. However, make sure to deploy your app to production with the SDK installed to track app installs and revenue.
